On Friday, September 12th at approximately 01:10 a.m. CDT, we received a preliminary report of a train derailment near Caliente, CA, which has affected the main track. Caliente, CA is approximately 27 miles southeast of Bakersfield, CA. BNSF personnel are responding to assess the affected area. A route through the siding was established on Friday, September 12th at 07:08 p.m. CDT and calls have resumed. The estimated time for opening the main track is on Sunday, September 14, at approximately 12:10 p.m. CDT.
